David Ray Crawford54, devoted husband of Cindy G. Crawford, Ft. Myers, Fl. formally of Indianapolis, IN, died suddenly May 28, 2005.David was born in Indianapolis, October 17, 1950, he was a graduate of Purdue University where he taught for one year. David went to work for Brown-Forman Beverage Company, before retiring, he excelled in sales, having received many state and national awards. He was an avid golfer and loved to sail.He was preceded in death by his father, James R. Crawford. In addition to his wife, David is alsosurvived by his mother Ilene N. Crawford, brother Alan W. Crawford, as well as three nieces, two great nephews and 1 great niece.In lieu of flowers Memorial Gifts may be made to Aplastic Anemia and M.D.S.
